Bookends: A Library Newsletter | 3/10/2023 |
This time of year we’re busy helping students with their end-of-quarter research, buying course materials for your Spring Quarter programs and courses, and planning fun events. Hot tip! Your library items are due back on March 24. Return them before they are due, or you can renew them online or by giving us a call!
During Library open hours through Friday, March 24. Science Stories is a unique project that brings together Pacific Northwest scientists and book artists to create engaging and unique artists’ books that offer new ways to interpret science and to tell a story. If you haven’t been over to check it out yet, your time is running out! Evergreen is the final stop for the exhibit, so it really is now or never. Come by any time the library is open or schedule a visit for yourself or a class/group.
More information about the Science Stories Exhibit.
Thursday, March 16 from 2pm-3:30pm via Zoom. Join us as we talk to Ellen Sollod and Jessica Spring about their approach to book arts and how they came to be involved in the Science Stories Exhibit. Link to more information.
