Access your Library Account from the Library's homepage. Under the Library Catalog search bar, click "My Library Account."
You will be prompted to log in using an Evergreen account or a Community account.
- Evergreen accounts use Evergreen email as User ID and the same password used with other Evergreen account access. Contact Technology Help with questions about passwords or account access.
- Community accounts use the A number under the barcode on the library card for the User ID. Contact the Circulation Desk for questions about passwords or account access.
Your Library Account includes the following information:
- Loans -- View a list of all the physical items that are currently checked out to you, including due dates and options to renew items when possible.
- Requests -- View a list of active physical and electronic requests. You can check the status of requests in process and download copies of electronic requests as long as they are available. If you see a request’s status remains unchanged for longer than usual, you can cancel and re-submit the request. The process is somewhat automated and sometimes errors occur which keep your request from being filled.
- Fines and Fees -- View a list of both paid and outstanding fees. Most fines and fees will be removed when the overdue item is returned, but overdue Open Reserve fines and lost item fees may be paid at the campus Student Accounts office.
- Blocks and Messages -- Violations of library policies or extreme behavior could result in restricted library access. If this happens, notifications would appear here.
- Personal Details -- Community patrons can update address, email, and phone number as needed. Evergreen affiliates can update their contact information on my.evergreen.edu. You can also review the expiration date and patron group for your account.
